1. Denominations– Gift Cards are sold with a minimum value of $30, in $10 increments.
2. Redemption– Gift Cards are redeemable for movie tickets and F&B.-They may be redeemed in person at the cinema and online (where applicable).
3. Validity– Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.– Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged CardsFilmhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
6. Remaining BalanceAny remaining balance may be used for future purchases within the validity period. No cash change will be given for unused balances.
7. Top-UpsGift Cards may be topped up in person at the cinema’s Box Office.
8. Promotional exclusionsGift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with selected promotions, special events, private screenings, or third-party bookings unless otherwise stated. The film/event page will indicate if Gift Cards are not valid.
9. Right to AmendFilmhouse reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on our website and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
10. GeneralFilmhouse reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any Gift Card transaction suspected of fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions. (edited)
