Loyalty Programme

Here at Filmhouse we have a deep desire to share our love of cinema with everyone; but we also know that not every film is for everyone. As part of our efforts to keep cinema accessible, we are introducing a FREE rewards programme for you – our audience! With the free rewards programme you will get to earn points with purchases for both films and snacks, including purchases online or on-site. 

With our rewards programme, we hope to give you plenty of reasons to return, time and again, to grow and feed your appetite for films – from arthouse to blockbusters and animation to romance comedies! We hope that you will gain a love for cinema, just like we have!

Note: 

  • Upon creation of your membership account, every valid purchase will be awarded 5 Loyalty Points per $1 Spent.
  • To earn points while purchasing online, login to your account before making your final purchase.
  • To earn points while purchasing on-site, kindly provide your Membership Email to the Box Office and/or Snack Bar staff.
  • To view your accumulated points
    • Sign in to your Filmhouse Membership account on our webpage
    • Click on the profile icon at the top right corner 
    • Go to “Details”
    • Go to “Membership” tab (3rd tab) on your profile
    • Your accumulated Loyalty Points will be shown at the bottom

  4. Members are not eligible to earn Loyalty Points on Reward Items Purchase.
  5. Members may not stack multiple Rewards Items resulting in a free purchase.
