Welcome to Filmhouse (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “cinema”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products (this includes accessing our cinema premises) and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If you submit or upload content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services for your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmhouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Filmhouse, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful.
All listed prices, whether online or on-site are nett, unless indicated otherwise.
Tickets are valid only for the specific showtime, date, and seat (if applicable).
All sales are final unless stated otherwise. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless initiated by Filmhouse.
We reserve the right to amend or adjust ticket/membership prices and ticket/membership terms & conditions without prior notice.
Online bookings may include a convenience or booking fee.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct ticket selections.
Entry into the cinema screening is subject to applicable age ratings for the show/event (e.g., PG13, NC16, R21), and valid ID must be presented for verification.
Customers who do not meet age verification rules will be denied entry into the screening, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted unless initiated by the Company.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove customers from the premises for:
Use of mobile phones or other digital devices in the cinema hall during screenings is prohibited.
Audio/video recording of content presented on screens in the halls is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in legal action being taken.
We reserve the right to request customers to delete any audio/video recording of content presented in the halls that are prohibited.
Consuming/bringing illegal substances, dangerous items into the cinema premises is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to request customers to leave our premises, including the cinema halls, if they exhibit disruptive behavior that is not limited to use of mobile phones/digital devices during screenings. We reserve the right to not refund customers for their tickets during such instances.
We are not liable for personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen.
The Company has CCTV installed on the premises and it is used for security and safety purposes, all customers who enter the space are agreeable to be recorded by the CCTV system.
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to our property and be liable for charges to reinstate or replace such property.
ONLY food & beverage purchased from the cinema’s Bar/Cafe will be allowed on our premises, outside food & drinks is strictly prohibited.
Use of the cinema’s website or app constitutes agreement to its digital policies.
Users must not use the site for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We are not responsible for third-party payment processing errors or downtime.
Membership benefits and/or discounts are valid for use by the member only and not transferable.
Any violation of memberships terms & conditions listed at point of purchase may result in the termination of your account.
At the Box Office, we accept debit and credit card payments from VISA, Mastercard, PayWave, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Online purchases can be done using VISA, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
All transactions are processed automatically, ensuring billing accuracy.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any order, for any reason, even after confirmation and payment by the customer.
We are not liable to any party for such termination or cancellation, with or without prior notice.
Upon confirmation of booking via Credit/Debit card/PayWave (at the Box Office) or Credit/Debit card(online), transactions are charged immediately.
All Tickets, Memberships, Vouchers, Food & Beverages Items, E-Gift Cards and Merchandise sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
